BUY DELL!! You'll get what eveything you deserve.
I ordered a laptop from Dell almaost 2 months ago. It never arrived and they canceled the reorder because I put a stop on the credit card charge.

In trying to get this resolved, I've spent 8~10 hours talking to 20~30 people in India who could not resolve it, repeated the same things verbatim (i.e., scripted), and REFUSED to connect me to a supervisor or someone in the US. They just didn't want to sell me a computer. If this is how they treat me *before* they've gotten my money, well ...

I'm just so lucky that laptop never came.

P.S. Oh, and while this was going on, the power supply in my Dell desktop crapped out. Of course it's not a standard ATX so I had to oder one from Dell. Like I'me ever going to buy another thing from Dell.
