Every Tier 1 manufacturer has an Express Tech support or Gold Support to talk to a level 2 engineer directly and minimize hold times. Try this rather than cry and complain because you were either too imcompetent to fix it yourself or too cheap to buy the service that you want. HP outsourced their computer making business long ago, just like IBM. At least Dell is still trying to build manufacturing or assembly plants that they manage in the US, which is the best way to improve product quality.
