No emulation
The Itanic HAS an x86 core on the chip. There is NO need to "emulate" the x86 processor. This core uses the Itanic registers (and other parts) to do its work, but it is a true x86 core.

I'm sure that the Itanic could run your 10 year old apps faster than you are running them now.
