The only thing changed...
...is that now, although the contracts do not require the OEM(s) to sell only MS, they do offer deep discounts if only MS is sold. That means that an OEM that tries to sell an altenative OS will pay half again as much for a MS Win license as their competition. This increases the cost of manufacturing driving prices up making them less competitive in the market.

In other words, doing the same thing with other words. I do not understand why the oversight board put in place by the Antitrust ruling does not clamp down on this as well.
