About time
Intel has been engaging in anti-consumer business practices for a long time. Their use of USB2 to stop any increase in the adoption of FireWire is a classic example - USB2 is an inferior technology that Intel made ubiquitous by putting it on every motherboard, forcing FireWire to be an extra-cost item.

Forcing OEMs to sell only Intel-based PCs is no different to Microsoft's outlawed Windows-on-every-PC-or-else licence.

And what's this rubbish that an OEM can't sue MS for patent infringement as a condition of being an OEM? Good grief, get up 'em Tokyo!!
