Or compaq or gateway etc. Best venue for individual and business is shop your requirements around to many builders and go with the best value. Load your own software or, at the very worst, boxed versions of the os and user software of your choice. The upside is that you retain total control. The down side is that it can be slightly more expensive on the front end, but you should recover that in reduced administrative costs down the road.
