They do offer it but...
Only if you order a custom PC. For example, you call Dell to order a PC, they make you choose right then which OS "THEY" are going to load. Same for HP.

What we are suggesting is similar to what OEM's used to do with Netscape and IE. Have both available and let the customer decide which to use.

This will do two things:

1. Spur competition
2. Reduce the cost of the OS.
