How long have you been around? As long as Gateway? I can remember losing a deal to Gateway because "uncle Ted" himself called the customer and offered to sell his PC's for $10 less than our white boxes.

Gateway has always been a tough competitor. They go astray every now and then, but they won't go away.

More likely they will be bought up.
