My company had an Alpha server running NT 4.0 that everyone was enthused about. What made it a pain, though, was that MOST applications had to be run in emulation mode, as MOST applications weren't compiled for Alpha chips. Emulation wasn't perfect, either, and we had some random problems that we could only chalk up to emulation problems.
