Gateway aims at homes for the holidays

same for me: lied to, deceieved by, harassed that i never returned my first defective desktop from them last november, when did so within the 3o days and got confirmation from gateway and fedex - this happened months later - they "realized," they thought, that it was never returned. then the machine - after the 30 days, started freezing up on me at every start up. its a piece of crap and their so-called solutions for me are not worth anything to me. sorry i even tried them and, like you, understand - Mr Ted Waitt - why you are going under like the titanic, between poor machinery and equally bad consumer relations.; Posted by: deu624 Posted on: 04/04/04 You are currently: a Guest | Members login | Terms of Use
