Gateway left off floppy and mic
on my order of a "Complete Gateway System" there was no option to remove the floppy or anything they just took it upon themselves that a floppy drive and microphone were optional and no longer needed.

Gateway Investors take note your money is poorly invested and in more danger than you imagine.

When you try to complain about it they ignore you like they are trying to lay low and cover up a dirty little secret. Why deal with a company that wants to try so hard to sneak $2 out of your wallet and leave you paying $60 for a USB floppy and having to use up a USB port on your new shiny Gateway. This is the sort of things they do that is killing them. They are killing themselves! So dont feel so bad when you hear they are laying off because they are actually going OUT OF BUSINESS for lack of support and lack of intelligent decisions.

Who decides to put these bonehead miserly idiots in charge of businesses. Who knows but they are idiots for putting them in a position to make decisions. We have learned nothing from tall the Enrons and mangled deals over the last ten years and are getting right back to work making a new set of traggic stupid mistakes trying to squeeze the juice out of budgets, employees, customers.

Well THIS customer has no more JUICE for you. Gateway can smell my feet and wonder why for the next six months someone is hitting every message area in site to spread the good word about the deal that made Gateway an extra $2. Hope it was worth it you annoying losers!
