I see how Intel works
they clock a chip at 1.6Ghz, call it "fast" and claims that it is "low power". OF COURSE IT IS - it runs at HALF the speed of desktop chips, so I ASSUME it uses half the energy and produces half the heat. But most people would consider 1.6Ghz to be barely adequate for their needs.
