iPOD is a fad
Rollins is right, the iPOD may just be a fad. Sure, you can say the iPOD is an extention of the portable radio but the cabbage patch doll was a fad and I believe dolls are still selling.

I imagine you might want to consider that his point of view is not totally lost. In fact, as far as I'm concerned, the iPOD will be dead in 2 years and displaced by cellphones with integrated music playing capability.
