Worse yet, often you are forced to purchase services you
don't need or want. Case in point, I want to upgrade to a
new WiFi capable phone. I just want Verizon to activate
the phone services and let me connect the WiFi through my
home hotspot. No can do says Verizon, I have to purchase
their 'data pack' for WiFi. $30/mo. I told them I wasn't
connecting to their network so why the charges? It's our
policy! Even if I get an unlocked phone they won't
activate it unless I use ALL their services. Where's the
FCC on this!!!???
