- I think the contracts are BS
- It takes away your consumer ability to leave if they treat you bad. Seriously, what are you going to do if they are rude to you.. yell a lot, stamp your feet, and then stay with them for a year, or pay them for their poor service. It's a crock! The really slimy thing they do is even the smallest change resets your contract for another year. I use a pre-paid for now. There is a new company called metro PCS that has no contract but they are still small and don't reach my area.
