Ok, let's think about this for a moment.
In a Fan situation, if the bearings in the fan wear out. The fan dies and the processor gets cooked and all you have to buy is a new processor.
Now lets suppose in a situation with water cooling, You get a water leak from one of the hoses bursting, well my friend, $5000 down the tubes. Oh yea, that will cost you $5000 for a new one sir. Let's face it, nothing lasts forever.
