$5000 computer!
The good and bad news is that high end computers are starting to get more expensive. his is great for the ma and pa computer shops that have taken such a beating by companies like Dell and such. They now have a new customer base, the Gamer. Most of us know that we can build a high end system for gaming at a much cheaper price. It will be expensive, but not $5000. For some people this is great, they get their P4EE chip for $1000+, their Geforce 6800, their high end 925X motherboard, their Audigy 2 or 4 sound card (no real difference there), their 2Gb of Ram, their 200Gb SATA HD, and all of their perifials all at once for the unbeatable price of $5000. And you get liquid cooling included, WOW. But since Dell and the others do not have a high end Gaming machine like this one, the ma and pa shops can finally make a decent profit and sell something like this machine but without the P4EE perhaps, at a much lower price. And for those individuals that can, just build it yourself. A nice system like this can be built for about $2500+.
