RISC development Cycle is still robust
RISC (PPC) chips are outperforming higher speed Intel chips. As PPC speeds increase, they will leave Intel in the dust until something better comes along. Intel is simply making excuses for when they know they are going to "hit the wall" technologically speaking. Hopefully they are looking to the NBT*
