Money is the bottom line
History has proven time and time again, that money is what makes the world go round. The western world has already decided that doing business with a communist nation is not an issue, as long as it increases corporation profits. So why would the IT community not follow suit by purchasing cheap PC's from Asia? Competent customer service is already a thing of the past, with most of the call centers now in India. So corporate IT managers will have to get used to shabby customer support just like individual consumers.
