So, they're a niche player...
What do you mean by niche player? How does
being a niche player disqualify you from being
used in the enterprise? Up until about 1998,
Apple was very well represented in the
enterprise environment. What's most
important is the quality, stability and security of
the system you're using, something Microsoft
doesn't offer at the current moment. I guess
Linux is a niche player too, does that disqualify
their platform as well? Your logic is fuzzy to
me. As far as labels go, do you think Microsoft
would be where they're at today without the
IBM logo backing them up in the beginning? I
doubt it. Don't underestimate the power of
those three letters.
