2 out of (insert big number here) Linux desktop users
I run Linux on my computer as my main desktop and server. Gentoo Linux distribution to be exact, and it's quite easy to make it do what you want (once you get used to it very easy to mess around with). Other distributions like suse/fedora/mandrake make administrating the OS very easy (Yast does a very good job). And by geek standards I've a long way to go to being one.

xfce4 is a great window manager (then again you can go with gnome/kde they have much more eye candy then xfce (personal opinion)). While Gentoo is an exception to the rule (gotta love the ability to chose what you want), suse/mandrake/fedora/(insert Linux distribution with binary packages) take 50 minutes to install. And it can survive a heck lot more then windows on a network (http://www.usatoday.com/money/industries/technology/2004-11-29-honeypot_x.htm) I for one say that's a good thing. Just one of the reasons why Linux is better then Windows (I'm not gonna get into a technical discussion about the kernel threading and performance).

Now as for you mjabad2 what can you offer except ignorance and abuse? Just because you prefer to stick your head in the sand and be ignorant doesn't mean everyone else is.

Remember, geeks make the Internet go round whether you like it or not. So do try and be less judgmental and an *******.
