- Hmmm... Looks more like sneaking in the back door to me.
- As I said, a hundred million dollars is NOT small change and there are a number of REAL WORLD problems that need immediate attention. Given they have a limited budget, one would think the real world problems we are immediately faced with would hold a higher priority. Say, a hundred million dollar grant to improve alternate vehicle fuels...
