Ah, yes. So where we live defines who we are? Seems you are looking at things a little too superficially and with very little thought. Assumptions make great fools. Try to remember that where you live does not mean where you are from.
When it comes to time and money yes I have zero patience. A paying customer should not have to wait for things to get better. All the testing and verification should have been done in advance in order to insure the same standards are maintained or improved upon. The change should have come gradually so that customers are not impacted as they have been. This is a good case study for bad CRM.
