Spewing Hatred?

Hang it up DonnieBoy. Spewing hatred? Maybe about the service received but not the people. Learn to read what others say and not interject what you think they are saying.
You also need to understand how business works. "Balance of service and price" does not mean that the customer is going to benefit from this. The bottom line and the stockholders will benefit not the customer.
I have made similar calls to tech support and have talked to variety of people. When you are making a mission critical call to tech support you don't want someone who either doesn't understand you nor you of them. Then normal calls don't matter. But if it counts then make me feel comfortable with someone who understands.
And yes we do need to vote with our dollars. So tell me what other company will honor a Dell support contract when they are moving their helpdesk over seas?
