Nothing to do with India (wrong)
DonnieBoy

Apparently you haven't had the distinct pleasure of dealing
with Indian based customer service lately. In my
experience, 75% of the CS people I've dealt with in the last
year have been all but incomprehensible. Their accent is
very thick and their understanding of English is quite
limited. This requires at least twice the time I should be
spending on a call just to repeat (myself and the agent)
everything said. I realize this is a strategy being employed
by a lot of companies, make the service a pain enough so
most people won't bother, thus saving tons of money. Of
course that's just my opinion.
