Last time I checked, customers want the best value.
This is really a problem of ramping up to fast from the sound of it. They have problems in India, and you think it is the Indians. They have problems in the US and you blame it on the individual people. You are just spewing hatred. In the end they will get it right and give better service than in the US. We are a proud country, we do not need idiots like you.
