I've been told Intel pays huge for Dell's loyalty
I don't know how true it is but I've heard on boards like Anandtech and elsewhere that the *main* reason Dell is so pro Intel and wanted nothing to do with AMD for so very long is because Intel pays them HUGE incentives for that loyalty.

I thought it was interesting.
