Not True
Thats not entirely true. I work on Dell Optiplex and Latitude systems all the time and I am a premiere access member and a dell certified tech. Most of the time I get a us person, but I have been connected to India a few times. I just politely ask to be redirected. Dell's service is OK, but no PC company I have seen in recent years has earned 5 stars in my opinion. I have called all sorts of companies and I still get the run around even though I know what I am talking about. I try to explain to them what I do for a living and sometimes that helps, but other times I get the same ol' piss pore service. If Dell would start Using AMD I would definately recommend them to people. I just hope they use them more than in the servers. AMD makes a fine processor and offers a good value and good performance. Not to mention they don't dick their customers around with vamped up megahertz and less performance and paper launches of their products.
