- It would be about time for Dell to do this.
- After all, they've lost at least 15 sales I can point to due their intransigence on their use of AMD processors. Like many on these boards, friends and family rely on me to give them purchase advice for PCs and other tech gear. I tell them that if they want service, Dell is reasonably good. I also tell them that if they want better performance for their money, they should get a PC elsewhere with an AMD processor.
