Not the right way to buy computing resources
I can confidently predict this also won't be a success.

Companies don't want to buy processor cycles and IO they want to conduct business transactions.

Under this sort of scheme, the more inefficiently HP run the systems the more money they make from the customers. Talk about a really bad deal!

The proper way is to find a supplier who will charge per successfully completed business transaction. This way the more business the customer does the more money the supplier makes. The supplier has a strong motivation to make poor performing systems run better as bad performance equals fewer transactions and therefore less revenue.

Also the supplier won't get paid if the results of the transactions are incorrect, leading to customer complaints and lost business.
