RE: Right on!
I'm not critizing India, but you have to grow up here to help and understand the people who are here with problems as opposed to being almost half-way across the world.

As far as the jobs comign back to the US that is a good news. In fact, i don't care what anyone else says, dollar per dollar it's better to pay an american then another country. Because we are thinkers, we think outside the box and expand and grow with the needs brought on to us. In the end, if we keep sending jobs overseas we're going to have to send ourselves overseas for those jobs, because they will be all gone here.

America is a great country, but we suck at getting good government oversight into things like job exporting. Politicians take kick backs to allow jobs to go overseas, all the while those same tax dollars aren't going into their pockets becuase those people aren't working anymore.

How's that for biting off your own leg? I believe in fair trade and so forth, but since when was it a fair trade to have india hire and employee people in the US to do work for India customers? That's my point exactly, that will never happen because the consumers are all over here.

...In reference to your tech support statement, i used to do dial-up tech support a long time ago, and actually had a customer who called in after speaking to india tech support. She was having a problem that her mouse was moving all choppy and was just jumping and skipping around. The tech told her she needed a new computer, i explained to her she had to clean out the mouse. I saved her the cost of another computer and got a whole lot of gratitude in return.

Begins to make you think about education. Look at the US Education system, we (ok most people) think's is full of BS and it's over priced, but ask any other country, even if they hate us, if they'd like to go to an american college. About almost 99.9% of them will reply with YES, why? Because we provide the education for the thinkers, not the drones who fill up mindless amounts of jobs and live like a drone day by day.

"This is a good thing! I am in favor of jobs coming back to the US. I am also in favor of better support. Both will be happening with this change.

It was rather disconcerting to try to explain over and over that my computer's CPU fan had stopped, and be told that installing Windows ME (That's right-- no more Win2k, no more RH8) would "most likely, sir" fix it. What a crock... "
