Why don't give us a coupe of examples of jobs which can only be done by people in the US or Europe which can't be done elsewhere cheaper ?

I bet you could come up with very few.
There 's a whole world out there that is eager to work for 10% of your salary.
There 's a whole world out there that doesn't care about its environment, and will take lots of pollution in order to gain some money.

And no, it 's not just low-qualified jobs.
Or do you think there are no universities in India ?

The reason those companies are going for low-level support is not that there wouldn't be any higher qualified people over there.
The only reason is that they want to get customers over here get used to the idea that when they call tech support they will be forwarded to India or some other low-wage country.
Once they get us accustomed to the idea, they 'll probably move the rest as well...

So think before you speak, because your job might be next.
