Time will tell
I have yet to see a Dell server run for 5 years without requiring maintenance. I have Compaq servers that have been running since 96 and only get restarted for service packs (No, not Windows). I have yet to replace a single part on these servers.

If Dell can produce that kind of reliability, they Might crack the enterprise market. Until then...it will be Small Businesses that buy their stuff.
