Very interesting thought
If you put some MP3 files of your own creation and share them on P2P with just enough likeness to get the RIAA to download it then you have them on copyright infringement.

After all they are not authroized to copy that file even though it was put on P2P service by you.

The RIAA members do this same thing. They release Songs on to P2P services and are still able to claim infringement.
