SBC raps RIAA subpoenas in court

It's time for the ISPs: It's time for the ISPs to get into the action and get some useful boundaries set up for use of the high bandwidth capabilities they want to sell in the future. Without entertainment media file swapping and porn, there is scanty need for extensive bandwidth and the providers know that.
