It's time for the ISPs
It's time for the ISPs to get into the action and get some useful boundaries set up for use of the high bandwidth capabilities they want to sell in the future. Without entertainment media file swapping and porn, there is scanty need for extensive bandwidth and the providers know that. They need to get into court on the side of their customers and slay the FUDsters that want to scare everyone off the internet so that they can continue to profit from their own tired old distribution networks.
