Dell wrote the book on outsourcing
Funny how they were the first to outsource to India.

I call IBM and still get someone who speeks English as a first language.

And even Dell doesn't guarantee the same configurations from the first unit to the 10,000th. You will still have variations depending on what they got cheap that day.

Dell is garbage plain and simple. You don't buy Dell anything if you want a stable environment. You buy them because they are CHEAP and that's what you get - a CHEAP POS DELL!
