Help Desk

They probably will outsource the help desk. This may not be newsworthy to some cause it didn't lend itself to window bashing. However, this is newsworthy because consumers will be given another choice for computer hardware. Also this is newsworthy for Wallyworld nvestors who want earnings to evermore increase.

I am amazed at how many talk-back responses seem to ignore the business implications (with the exception of the patent cases). No matter how much the change in the tech landscape appeals to your religio-coding philosophy, if there are no long-term practical benefits (read profits) no organization should embrace them.
