Antimatter?
LOL, antimatter is far, far, from being practical for such uses. As the article you linked to states, producing even a miniscule amount takes tremendous amounts of resources, and it's almost impossible to store for a long period of time with current technology.

I'd say it'll take at least 100 years before we see anything being done on a large scale with antimatter.
