Not in this case. The "better weapons" here are SMALLER bombs. Imagine hitting that one ammo dump in Fallujah, without wiping out the wedding ceremony across the street (although secondary explosions might . . .). The new trend in smart bombs are small - 250lb bombs. Pretty hard to "blow up the world" with 250lb bombs . . .
