sounds about right..
new technology and one of the frst things we do is make better weapons so we can wipe eachother out more effectively. I'm sure they will come up with a very effective way to blow up our planet real soon. I know we all have been waiting for that to happen for far to long. Great to see all that money being put to good use. As for cost effectiveness....we all know blowing people up is a lot cheaper then curing the illnesses they have. Way to go, you make me proud.
