Dell Smells and That's Not Swell
Truth is not on the forefront of Dell's objectives when the supervisors at Dell tell the sales, tech and customer support people to lie in order to make that sell. You can't make a profit if you are telling the truth! Of course they will tell the customer to buy a new computer instead of fixing the problem BECAUSE there is no profit in it. Dell isn't in first place because of its kindness and concerns! Dell is a profit driven organization and nothing else.
