Anybody that asks me about a recommended PC, I make sure HP isn't on their list. Have had 2 people give me their HP machines to work on. My biggest complaint is the lack of CDs that come with the box. HP partitions off 5 Gig (don't remember exact size) of the dirve to put all the install images. You want to reinstall the OS, it's got to come from there. Of course if the hard drive dies you have to contact HP and BUY a restore kit. This may just be their procedure for consumer machines, but I won't by any for our coprorate customers to find out.
