Bush Bonehead
I think a chicken can run the United States better than President Bush. A chicken pecking at random will make good decisions about 50% of the time and bad ones about 50% of the time. Bush makes bad
decisions nearly 100% of the time.

Over 72 years other presidents have lived through WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Gulf War I and not had a net loss of jobs during their respective watches. So do you buy President's Bush argument that 9/11
and the bad stock market crash of 2001 is a good excuse? 9/11 versus WW2 or Korea or Vietnam doesn't much compare as a blow to our nation's
resources.

The first President Bush didn't invade Iraq because he knew there was no viable exit strategy. The Brits got their asses kicked in Iraq years back. The Soviets got their asses kicked in nearby Afghanistan not too long ago. Now we are stuck in Iraq reliving the experience of the Brits--by the way, they too bombed the **** out of the insurgents using air power and got nowhere except to foment more hatred. Do you really believe like President Bush that Iraq can be made into a democracy to spread democracy in that region? I rather think President Bush did wonders for anti-American terrorist recruitment. Perhaps, if we want to spread democracy in the Middle East, we should start with Saudi Arabia. Their kingdom is not much less oppressive as Saddam's dictatorship was, and the majority of the 9/11 terrorists were Saudi, funded by OBL and other Saudis. Hitler, after all, invaded Poland after a staging a fake invasion by a handful of fake
Polish soldiers. Ah, but the Bush family ties are too strong for taking on this real enemy of the US nevermind Iran and N. Korea. Halliburton still has too much profit to make gouging the US tax payer in Iraq, and the communist Chinese will negotiate with N. Korea for our sakes.

I think President Bush has over-stretched our military. I think the so-called back door draft is real and that wounded reservists are dumped to pay for their own medical treatments. I think this new Gulf War II coalition is a much hyped coalition, expecially when we have paid 90% of the cost and sustain 90% of the casualties. I think we've already spent 120,000,000,000.00 dollars over there, and will spend a lot more over there. And for what return-on-investment (ROI)? Fully
95% of import cargo is not inspected at our ports. Luggage isn't inspected at our airports. Why? To pay for the war in Iraq? To give the upper crust a tax break? To pay for a missile system that doesn't work and can't protect us from subway bombers?

Have you noticed that job creation is on the way down again? How many lay-off announcements have been announced lately? Check at msnbc.com
or cnn.com in their business sections. Have you noticed that oil prices are rising through the roof? Heating won't be cheap this winter, and gasoline prices will rise above their current, historic highs, but Bush has lowered mileage standards and touts the "hydrogen" economy. Well it takes energy--from buring coal or oil or uranium--to make hydrogen so that we get more pollution from making hydrogen than by using other alternative energies.

I think American credibility is in the toillete, and that thanks to Bush, Americans are viewed as uneducated, religious nuts. Now Putin and any other government can say "terrorists!" and kill off unwanted peoples. And I think that with our Patriot Act, we aren't much different than Hitler afer the Reichstag fire of 1933. The following
day, Chancellor Hitler took the radical steps of denying all legal guarantees of personal liberty, freedom of speech and the right of assembly by official decree to protect Germans from "terrorists" (communist insurgents). It goes against everything I was ever thought about America, knowing the nature of the charges, having rights to representation, speedy trials by peers versus being locked away with absolutely no rights--that's Nazism and Stalinism and a throwback to past times.

I, and many other peoples, could go on and on about the dangerous blunders of President Bush. If you believe Bush is doing great, then you too must be an uneducated, pea-brained idiot. Perhaps you don't approve of gay marriage? Now there--amid a world of turmoil--is a reason to support Bush!!! Screw stem cells, the trash can is better for them. Screw global warming science and walk away from Kyoto, versus advocating changes. Screw your IT jobs, send 'em to Russia, China, India, etc.
