This RFID is about as secular and non religious a topic as you can find.
Should Christians have an official stance on voting technology or some other silicon based technology?
No - secular.

Evil - genocide in Sudan, starvation and disease in other parts of Africa and Asia etc etc.

RFID - a stupid idea that is 100% a secular matter. Evil? Not in a religious sense.
