Nice to see
It's great to see AMD moving forward into 300mm and 65-nanometer. I believe Intel is already using 300mm and 90-nanometer (not for all products, but for some), so it can be nothing but good for AMD to keep up with their main competitor.

One issue of concern to me is that they're building the two Fabs so close together. Is this standard practice? A lot of what I've read about other companies is that they want geographic diversity just in case of natural disaster or something like SARS. Does anyone know where AMD's other Fabs are?
