ignorance is bliss
Sorry voice of reason, I'd hate to tell you but regular 2.5 gsm/gprs is still faster than your Sprint cdma. Even though umts (true 3G) is cdma att wireless is slightly faster (edge will double your current rate!) Edge is just software compression that divides the current 8 time slots into 16 allowing double the time slots for data. Anyhow, I have a Nokia 3650 on att wireless. I tethered via bluetooth and had only 1 gprs signal bar and still managed to post 198k on toast.net. I am in the wireless industry so I know what I'm talking about. So, buh-bye Sprint! Now that EDGE has launched at att wireless you may want to find some way to have your post removed.
