If you need a dog leash for your kid it speaks volumes about your parenting
This is really just a surreptitious way for those that want Big Brother to sneak it into public life, once again, under the false guise of safety. If a person has a problem keeping their kids from getting lost, then they have absolutely no business being a parent. I really don't feel like having RFID put into my car tires in the future just because some dumb twit can't find their precious Johnny..
