Kinda Scary even in an amusment park
How do you look someone up on the kiosk? Is the RFID registered to your name when entering the park? Can you go to a kiosk and do a search to find the location of any patron in the park? Can you determine who is in the park at this moment? and where they are within the park?
If the band is only registered to a number and the party must look up the RFID and not a name then I guess it's not so privacy intruding. Maybe even better is to register armbands to each member in your party and allow looking up the location of only people that match the linked RFID's.
