Looked to me like what they were saying was, "we can't reproduce it, so we don't think it's our fault". Given that I'm considerably less trusting of big business than some of the other posters, I wonder how hard they looked.
The disclaimer about using only OEM replacement parts is, as Harvey pointed out, quite humorous and could be used to create all sorts of satirical warning messages. Example:
WARNING: Kyocera phones that include replacement parts from other manufacturers have been classified as deadly weapons by the FBI.
Now I get to see which name shows up with this message.
