Absolutely correct- let's just stick to the facts
The facts are helpful, informative and important. I agree everyone should voice opinions, as we can learn from others' experiences, etc, however ranting about particular companies' faults, merits (or lack thereof) in the manner of 13 year-olds just doesn't get us anywhere. Perpetuating that behavior just gets in the way.

Can't we all just get along?!?! ;P
